What is your return policy?

At Heilanturning, we hope you are very happy with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied with any of the items, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund or exchange.

Below is a list of steps you should follow if you choose to return your item

contact us Michael@heilanturning.info to make us aware of the intended cancellation, within the 14 days of receipt or if you have not yet received your order, within 14 days of your order confirmation.
If you have already received your order, you must then return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them, with all of the original packaging, at your own cost and risk.
We highly recommend that you use a courier that offers a signed for shipment tracking services and that you insure the item for its full value while in transit. The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item during transit and until it reaches our workshop

Please inform us once you have arranged the return courier.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the goods by the same payment method that you originally used. We will also refund any ‘standard’ non expedited shipping charges you received when making your purchase. Please note refunds will only be given on items returned in a re-saleable condition. We cannot accept returns and provide refunds if a fault arises from your miss-handling of the product or from deliberate or accidental damage, negligence by you or a third party, including the courier you chose to use to return the item with. Please note that we are not able to accept returns on bespoke & personalised items. These can only be returned if they are faulty on receipt.

How do I care for my item?

Every item should only require a light dusting with a soft cloth, please avoid using chemicals whilst cleaning the item as this can cause damage

Avoid submerging your item in water. Wipe dry after your item has been exposed to water

Avoid exposure to extreme heat and avoid leaving your item sitting in the sun for longer periods of time. Leaving your items in the sun can cause UV damage which could result in a loss of colour and finish

Do not use chemical cleaners such as, household cleaners, nail polish remover and other chemical products

Avoid using abrasive cleaners and placing the items on abrasive surfaces.

To keep your item in prime condition simply reapply oil or beeswax depending on previous application. Resin surfaces do not require any waxing or oil, simply buff with a microfibre cloth.

How will my item be sent?

UK orders up to the value of £50 will be sent first class. Any UK order over £50 will be sent tracked and signed.

All international orders will be sent tracked and signed. estimated delivery times will vary for each country. Unsure when it will arrive? contact us and we will give you a more precise estimate

Items marked as ‘in stock’ will be dispatched within 1 – 2 working days from orders. For all other orders, please refer to the product page for the estimated lead time, which can be anything from 1 to 4 weeks.

Customs

We offer international shipping, however, we are not liable for any customs charges made in the customers countries. The recipient is completely responsible for custom charges.
